"Mind has three main sections and eighty-one chambers and the only tragedy is the negative mind works very superiorly, moment a human and neutral mind start....Meditation is to just let the subconscious release the negative thoughts and the neutral mind start giving a mantra, a sound current to kill it. Once you start developing a very practical experience of killing the negative thoughts, there will be nothing left with you but a positive mind and neutral mind. Anybody who has a positive mind and neutral mind can do anything in this world he or she wants to." —Yogi Bhajan
