You ask me, "Give us a kriya when nothing else works." People used to do this simple prayer for years. It assimilates the auric energy from the subtle body; it will open your heart.

Instructions
  1. Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Arms are extended straight out in front of the body parallel to the ground. Keep the elbows gently locked at all times.
  2. Palms are face up with the fingers extended and joined and the thumbs stretched away from the hands. The hands lightly touch each other along the sides of the little fingers only, they should be slightly cupped; the hands are at the level of the throat.
  3. Eyes are 1/10th open.
  4. The mantra is Gobinda Gobinda Haray Haray. Chant in a monotone.
  5. Focus on the breath and the mantra.

Comments: Begin practicing for 11 minutes and slowly build to 31 minutes.
