There are few things you have to understand in your own life. As a human you are called human, and you spend on average twenty percent of your earned income to look good. Because as a human you have to be radiant, as a human you must have a halo, that's why they call you human.

And you are paying me anything. I come to Canada because I am grateful to Canada. When I was in India, I had no choice. But when I came to Canada I learned, I thought in Canada, people are very happy, it is a human, somehow I don't know why I had that imagination. When I came here, I saw my God, they are not unhappy but they do not know how to be happy.

Canadians have difference from Americans. Americans know how to be happy but they can't sustain it. They overdo so much they mess up everything. I know Americans very well, but Canadian can be happy but they don't focus themself for it, that what I found. I started with zero in Canada, my first job in Canada was as a security officer at night which was then I found out after joining the job it is a janitor's job. It's a very menial job for a man who was a commanding officer and blah, blah, blah, to land in here and the only job I wanted just to have a place to sleep and a bathroom. So I can get up in the morning and meditate and etcetera, etcetera. So I found a job in a publishing company, they applied for a security officer, my credentials was far out. They thought I am overqualified, I said, "I am qualified at all or not. You want to give me the job, I will do the job." When I got the detail of the job that was to clean all the book-racks at night through that big moving machine called Hoover.

And I said, "Wait a minute, it's just a janitor's job, these guys are funny, they call janitors as security officers, it is so wonderful." But anyway I had a very comfortable room and there was a good bathroom. And in the morning you know Canadians do not get up very early without a cup of coffee, so I had a time to meditate and I had a fun. I stayed in Canada two months and few days; within that time I was very successful. I was the most successful Canadian in the world. In two and half month, I hit the Global Mail front page, my story was out. I was teaching Yoga, slim and trim, in every YMC you can believe, two, three hundred, four hundred women in every...

YMC didn't have even a room to accommodate, that how popular I became. And then all of a sudden somehow somebody found me out, he is friend of mine, I went to California, never came back.

No, no, just to establish myself I bought a house here in Toronto, in Palms Street, I have the most beautiful house and just to establish my gratitude to this land, finally I got my green card and I returned my Canadian (?) certificate, that little slip, to Canadian customs at Peace Bridge voluntarily and told them I decided to stay in the United States. I got my green card and my American passport in five years.

My idea was not to stay in America but I saw the American youth with drugs, in pain and in turmoil. I couldn't take it. I just started working in America, they were called hippies. You injure yourself living in darkness, you get hurt and the pain is so severe, you become insensitive, life become useless. All right, there are two hundred such evidences, maybe, only ten are right. But they are right. Somewhere man in the image of God knows God. I am not yet one person who wants to be unhappy or can do wrong or wants to do wrong, not one. Even criminals have not, they don't want to be criminals. Everybody wants to be a gentleman and gentlewoman, everybody wants to be happy and rich, that four things I know, everybody wants it. Why we are not that way? Rich are unhappy, poor are unhappy, poor are unhappy, they are very poor, rich and unhappy they don't know what to do. Those who have everything they are unhappy because they are bold and those who have nothing they are unhappy because they have nothing. So it's a rat race it is continuing and you are part of it. Well can this rat race stop? Answer is yes, it can.

If there is no cavity in the tooth, it won't hurt and you can chew your food and you can enjoy. But when there is cavity in the tooth, you can't chew it and you can't be happy, doesn't matter how gourmet food is, that doesn't matter. Your life does not matter a thing and all your possessions do not mean worth a penny. Because you are not satisfied. There are three words in the world, you must have the capacity to contain yourself, you must be content and you must be continuous. Those who know the secret of these three C's, can go through the sea of trouble, like a swan goes through the lake. You must know the science and art to contain yourself. If you have a Rolls Royce or grandeur car and you do not know how to stop it, accident is inevitable, there is nothing to discuss it, it shall happen. If you cannot contain yourself, you can never ever be happy. If you are not content you will never be rich. Opportunities won't come to you, if you are not continuous nobody will trust you.

So these three things are essential. All these three things needs energy. So what you do, bourbon on the rock, have a steak, you put uric acid and accelerations and coffee and this and then finally they don't work, then you take hard drugs, you take liquor, you take this, you take that. I am not blaming you why you do that, why you have to take it? Be happy, because when there is a cavity inside, pain is unbearable. You cannot get to the dentist, you got to take Tylenol, yeah. When inside there is a weakness there is no energy, you got to take outside energy. Whenever with outside energy you stimulate your body, your neurons pattern in the brain get damaged and the depression is so heavy that it takes away from your life what is called life worth. So all the time either you are depressed down or you are bogged down or you are fog down. This down syndrome in a human is the source of unhappiness and sad experience. That forced me to teach the science which I teach in my humble way.

I have never come to this country to collect disciples, I don't initiate anybody and I don't care. I teach just to share with people their happiness and I teach when I want to and I don't teach when I don't feel like.

I am a scientist, I know the science of life and I know the art to live it. I am a great success story as a human myself. I am not poor, I hate poverty, I hate poverty in myself, I hate poverty in you. I am very loving man, I can love. It surprises everybody how much I can love everybody. Love is God in a small way, the world small contains all in it, you can spell it SMALL. Small contains all, human contains light, man contains God. We are God, there is no other God, we are devil when we have no will of ours, de-will. When will is dead, we are devils, when God is in us and we are Gods, then we are Gods. If there is then any God, He shall come in. Gods don't want to be insulted. God is everywhere, you don't have to write a letter to Him. He knows. When man start acting like God, God knows how to cover it and God does it.

In America on a dollar we write 'in God we trust,' big deal, I didn't like that. On my stationery I put a flag, 'in God I dwell.' If you do not know how to dwell in God, you shall dwell in hell. Take it granted from me and straightforward, there is no two opinions about it. Choice is simple; dwell in God and be gracious. Dwell in your ego and burn in the hell. You talk how beautiful you look. If your presence doesn't work, your makeup shall not work, you look like monkeys, baboons, trying to face a situation of now, this minute. What about next minute?

A flower which has no fragrance, doesn't matter how beautiful it looks, is not a flower. That's why silk flowers cannot compete with natural. Naturally, when you are paying for sixteen children, four wives' alimony, plus you have maintain the house with this present one who is very beautiful. You can well understand how happy a life can be. Sometime he gets nerve attacks, he is nervous sometime, he says sometime.

I said, "No, no, no, it is all the time but once a while the fuse go up too much and it doesn't work. Is that a life, is that all what west offer you means anything. You cannot relay with each other with harmony at frequency, relationship, relay between two ships. Your identity, your individuality, your life is yours. You cannot fix the frequency. Why? Why this all hell around, why this hell is so loose? Because your radiance of your identity does not has the mega frequency to touch another unit. In other words, your batteries are dead.

If I put it simply and dead batteries are just a dead weight. That's why you have to carry the dead batteries on your identity, rather than it would have given you chance of communication.

Bearing that in mind, I wanted to teach because one thing I don't believe, God is everywhere, destiny has a distance which every man must travel, in case they can't make it they fall in the pit of fate and fate is fatal. Therefore, lives are fatal, pain is tremendous, tragedy is there, I don't believe in it, I don't like it and I just decided to help; nothing more, nothing less. You can call me anything, it doesn't matter, I am not going to call on you. Therefore I definitely, decisively keep no relationship. I just want to act very professionally, give your class tonight, say goodnight, go and do my thing, don't count on it and teach, I am going to teach a class, which means experience here and now. I won't promise for tomorrow and I don't worry for your yesterday.

Your mind has only very little power, it can give you all the memory of yesterday, it can be with you today and it can imagine your tomorrow. If you can imagine your tomorrow and you do not know your tomorrow intuitively you are scared to death, it is that fear which kill your happiness. The fear of the unknown, the fear of the tomorrow. You have opened your all capillaries yourself, don't do that; arthritis, my eyes are falling (?), my shoulders can't meet.

Well, it shall happen. Understand something in life. Life is to live; not to waste. I don't care you find God or not God, that's a junk joke, you know, who cares. Ultimately God owns this Earth, not you. You live in God's home called little planet Earth. Comparative to all what He has created, what is this? This doesn't even come on the screen. You guy don't exist. That's why God created us the smallest, send you there, go baby, have fun. He gave you a holiday, you call on Him all the day, 'I pray to thee my Lord,' for what? Leave that damn fellow alone, He gave you the breath of life, send you here to enjoy and you are messing around here? Huh, huh, huh. So people who have no money will spend few minutes to collect the money from the ground, come in and pay it back but I did not allow them to come free. I taught them to learn to earn, then I taught them to learn to earn well to share, then I told them to learn, earn share, to serve and do it with love, affection and freedom, I created a nation which I liked the way I like it.

We are healthy, we are happy, we are holy. That's how the start of 3HO foundation came and that's what it is and that's all what we practice. We deal with no gimmicks and we play no gimmicks. We all creatures of one Creator, created to enjoy happiness in experience. But our circumstances and our environment has messed us up, so let us clean that, try to clean that mess tonight. It is very, very simple angle and please stretch your elbow as straight as possible, it will start hurting. That mean energy is flowing and body doesn't like it, that's the test of it. Now put your eyes and fix them on the tip of your nose. Now optical nerve once it start fix at the tip of nose, mind cannot run, it stops. It is a direct mind control thing.

Because yoga means man's union with God, soul's combination its path, when soul seeks to blend with the master soul and that science which teaches you to do so is called Yoga. This Isms have their own beliefs, I can't discuss it. Because I am a head of the Sikh religion myself, I fully understand it but I don't normally discuss it. Because if you have a Church, Christian will come, if you have a Temple Hindus will come, if you have a GurdwaraGurdwara Literally the door of the Guru; traditional place where Sikh worship services are held. Sikhs will come, if you have Mosque Muslim will come but if you have restaurant everybody will come.

So I mean, we are not discussing, we are discussing here humanity, not the Isms. Unfortunately, I was the biggest rebel myself of the Isms but God played a trick and they made me a head of religion, I do not know what for, why I deserve it, but you know, once they bring a Sikh before a Akal Takhat and say this is this, that's it. They got the upper hand, I was innocent, I left no choice, I took it but my supposition is that when I take something I take it very seriously and I did very well with it. Those who have made it Ism under the influence of the other Isms have done great injustice to it, I always resent it, I shall resent it with all my force. YB: Future is spiritually very bright. We are working at this time between two hundred megawatts frequency to two point three, two point five and in other these ten years, a normal human mega frequency of his neuron system to capacitate itself to understand fastness in the computer age to space age we will be going from two hundred to seven hundred, that's a heavy, what you call it, height human brain is going to catch up with. The idea is that our brain can function at thirty trillion mega frequency and it is not a small amount, it is a universe itself. And when we have the understanding of hundred and eight elements which are the basic elements, though they have found some sub-elements and try to make it number more but it is basically hundred eight elements and if you multiply thirty trillion into hundred and eight you can understand the capacity on which a human mind intuitively will understand things and multiply to itself. And that growth is going to come in about five to six generations and people will not have an absolutely any idea what A is doing with B.

Future will be very individual and individualistic in the sense of personal happiness and personal joy and personal acknowledgement to the person itself, so that will take away lot of garbage and cut out large this leaning and depending and 'I love you, you love me, can I have you, you have me,' and all that begging bowl society. We are actually all professional beggars, we beg each other love, attention, I don't know, anything, whatever will get away with it and if you can't get it by begging, then we try steal and we can't get by stealing we start, what they call it, those who take it away with force?

So our human tendency is at this time below normal, it is normal human behavior but I think in five to six future generations human will come out to self-respect, self-esteem, self being self and self-understanding and it will be self-fulfilling and if that status is reached, it will be tremendously happy. When you lean outside you are empty inside, it is asking, it is questioning but when you are all done, if you have eaten a good meal, doesn't matter who offers you what, you say, no, I am full, that status where life begins. The searching, finding, running after, wanting, God knows. I mean to say, we don't believe in God, we don't know He created this Earth, He rotates it and He can take care of routine, we don't believe that. God to us is imaginary.

I think the religion has done the greatest disservice to humanity by asking them to find God. So everybody is running after God and God knows where they are running. So basically the religion has misled the humanity in the search of God and that way religion became a controlling power and so the religious men. Instead of leaning on God itself directly and personally, they started leaning on men and controlling. And actually they created a very big, huge socio-economical controlling political power and that's why there are all wars, we have fight from crusades to World War II.

But I think now a time of peace is prevailing and mankind is learning every war has led to a negotiation table, so communication is being establish, peace is happening. Just watch America, how in last five years they have changed. They were not willing to pay the dues to the United Nations, now they say whatever United Nations wants we will just execute it, I mean, I have never seen such nonsense ever before from the American but they have just learned very recently that they have to live in the world. And now they are very worried because one super power has scattered down so fast, they didn't understand how to deal with it, they do not know what happens. I do not know what will happen to America, if California tomorrow decided we are going to be a separate independent State. I think they will think where they are going to get their peaches and tomatoes. So I mean, it is all, the world is going regroup itself, so the individual.

Today what our children know, parents don't know and five generation what the great grandchildren will know we never thought, we ever could thought of it. Life is becoming towards a self reality then to... People want experience rather than speeches, people don't care to give you talk, people want you to take them to their highest experience. Takrir they call, it's a lecture, Takdir they call is destiny, people want their destiny to be bright, beautiful and change and done some thing about it. The time of preachers is getting almost near ending. And sooner or later preachers will be obsolete, teachers shall be working. Because man has no tolerance for talk, talk, talk, talk, talk. Now the man is coming to reality. You say God; give me the experience, otherwise don't talk. So that confrontation is coming which is a very wonderful change in the human desire or wanting towards that fact.

There are two ways to live; run after everything you need or just sit, let everything come to you. That decision of freewill is always is yours, nobody can make it for you. After all, it's all about you, you start questioning everything or you start learning everything, choice is yours. You start thinking everything or you start observing everything, choice is yours. Individual has a great responsibility and great choice to make in how they want to live their own life but it's your life you have to live, you have to experience and it's only you who can understand it. Your happiness, your pain is always going to be yours, people can share it but they can't understand it. Let us not have any misunderstanding about that part. So each one needs its own self to live its own life. That's what I believe and future is going to provide lot of opportunities for that, that's how it lead.

YB: Start yelling and screaming, I really believe it. Children is the only hope, children you should give up every Saturday, every child under eighteen, teenager from one day to eighteen, should start demonstrating every Saturday in the city mayor's office and yell and scream at him, every child. Every child of the world go to mayor's office on Saturday when it's closed and yell and scream at him. Every children on one day decide to go to a one television station, one newspaper station and abuse the editors and all the working there, for not saving the future of their tomorrow. I think children should get angry and do something about it. We adults are so adulterated we have lost even the sense of doing something. It is true.
