'. It is our human necessity, it is our? Students: Human necessity.

YB: To have a friend. It is our need to have somebody to love; somebody to talk to, somebody

to socialize, somebody should appreciate us. We need buddy they call it here. Even we have

a business, which is called 'Body Buddies.' So I agree that in our life, in our caliber

we are not complete without friendship, without personal sensitivity and feeling, without

gratification. But have you ever understood in the real essence of your life that your

soul needs friendship too? Have you ever understood why the soul took the human body to begin

with? Just to eat? Soul doesn't eat. Just to take bath? Soul doesn't take bath. To have

a physical intercourse? Soul doesn't do intercourse. What soul does? Soul is a part of the infinity

or you call it God. Soul seeks friendship with that infinity, with that God. It's a

longing in us; it's a feeling in us. In spite of everything we have got and everything we

can get we are not secure. We need one thing and we always seek to need

something. Always. And GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. says, 'Man is like a dark deer, Kaala Harin.' Kaala Harin

is black deer, huge big deer and that black deer is worth hundred thousands of dollars

if is worth it. What happens is when it comes to itits full bloom youth it has a musk in

its navel. It gets the smell of this musk. You do not have the experience; I have the

experience. It can run so fast that once in the open with a telescopic lens a very professional

hunter could not zero on it. You can understand the strength of it. It was a wide-open valley,

he was on an advantageous position, the scope was hundred eighty degree open. He couldn't

fix on it. He fired; he missed. That is the strength of fastness of and the

way it runs, you can't catch on it. What is the power? Is deer that powerful? No. It is

the power of that musk and when it smells, they say if the man is dead put musk on the

tip of the tongue he will still get up and write his will.

(Students' laughter...) Such a powerful thing. So what happens is

this musk deer he gets that smell and he runs and he runs and he runs he wants to know from

where it is coming. Finally when he runs so much he gets tired, his head(neck) nods down

and he breaks his neck that way. And then his neck hits back in this belly and his nose

gets right into the musk part and he says, 'Oh, my God! I was running for the smell

of this musk and it was in my navel pointNavel Point The sensitive area of the body near the umbilicus that accumulates and stores life force. It is the reserve energy from this area that initiates the flow of the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine. If the navel area is strong, your vital force and health are also strong. .' Exactly sensuality and sexuality makes a person

run, run, run and sexuality and sensuality makes a person run to find its own creativity,

which is the soul. Without soul you are dead. But in the process of running we do not invite

It takes you many, many, many, many, many, many lifetimes. I know you don't know, I mean,

not knowing is not a sin. If you do not remember how many lifetimes it took you to come to

be a human, it's very simple. It took eight point four million lifetimes. And then how

many light years you were stuck in the ether, everybody has his own timing. And then you

become a human. The life of a human is a paid life. It is

not that you become human by fluke or by chance. You become human because you earned it. Human

life is earned life. But the greatest problem is that of mayaMaya The creative power of the Creator that restricts and limits. It creates the sense of limitation that leads us to identify with experience, the ego, and things. Because of this it is often thought of as the illusion that blocks us from the spirit. But, as Guru Nanak (see Sikh Gurus) reminds us, you need not be attached to the productions of maya. Instead they can be used to serve and express the higher consciousness and spirit. Maya is simply Karta Purkh, the doing of the Great Being. Maya takes the ineffable into the realm of the measurable. that you forget you are human

to experience God, experience infinity, you are not human to experience earth. But that's

the difference. Those who feel that human body has been given to them to eat, enjoy

and be married, tomorrow you will die, they mess up their life. And God power doesn't

help them. But those who feel that God is with them, God is around them and God is for

them and they are for God, this attitude, the entire universe and nature helps them.

In spite of all the wisdom of the planning of the calculation of the speculation why

you people fail? Why today you are in love with somebody and tomorrow you are totally

deadly against that body, why? Answer is very simple. You get hurt. Why?

Because your flow stops, your compassion ceases; wisdom waits for nobody. Wisdom?

Students: Waits for nobody. YB: A boy cannot get wisdom out of girl and

girl cannot get wisdom out of boy, each one boy and each one girl has to go in its own

infinity. Somebody, it was very funny, somebody once

asked me, I said, 'Why you run after girls?' He said, 'I want to be appreciated. It makes

me feel good when a girl appreciates.' I said, 'All right, I don't want to discuss

this way with you, that girl who appreciates you the most bring her to me.'

He fixed up a day and he brought her. And I said, 'Now you get out, wait outside,

I'll talk to her.' And I looked at the girl, totally Norwegian,

natural blind, about twenty-six, naturally blonde in the sense sensual blind and her

eyes were about inch and half longer than nature can produce and this thing was' I

mean to say out to the sense' I mean it was mess.

man so and so is my student and he feels very good and he says you appreciate him very much.'

She said, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah, he pays me, he pays me, he pays me two hundred dollars

a week. Why not?' I said, 'I didn't catch you, what do you

mean?' She said, 'No, he just wants to talk and

he wants to be good and he takes me out to dinner and he talks to me, talks to me, talks

to me and then pays me two hundred dollardollars, every week. Regular.'

I said, 'Do you appreciate two hundred dollars or you appreciate him?'

She said, 'Two hundred dollars and him, both.'

(Students' laughter...) I said, 'What do you mean?'

She said, 'One doesn't go without the other, it's the same thing.'

I said, 'Well, if I pay you three hundred dollars a week will you slap him?'

She said, 'If you are as permanent as he is.'

(Students' laughter...) I said, 'Fortunate is my student.'

So I told him, I said, 'Come in now, I want to talk to you.'

So he came in. And I said, 'This girl is in love for you?'

He said, 'Yes, yes, she is in great love with me, I talk to her, she talks to me, she

appreciates me, she likes everything of me.' Now I knew it from her that she was there

with me only for an hour and she has another interview. You understand what I am saying?

So I somehow prolonged the talk to fifty-five minutes with him and then I said, 'Ask her

to stay till afternoon. We will have a company together.'

He said, 'I can try.' So he went out and unfortunately just even

didn't even complete the sentence and she got on his back you can't understand. He came

in and he said, 'She already made an appointment, she is going.'

I said, 'Fifteen minutes before you were telling that she appreciates everything. She

loves your company; she is in love with you. What happened after fifteen minutes?'

This emotional sensitivity is a mirage, which we take it as reality. And that's the whole

cause of our spiritual destruction. Real appreciation, real communication, and real collaboration

should be between you the identity, you the identity and you the spirit. You the identity

and you the soul when merge together God will be experienced. It's a fundamental truth.

It's a truth, which has lived. If you think I am a monkey that's what you are. If you

think I am God that's what you are. If you think I am an elephant that's what you are.

I am nothing but I am everything, which you think I am. Nothing is good, nothing is bad,

thinking makes isit so. It is the caliber and the quality and the quantity of your thinking.

Caliber, quality, and quantity of your thinking which makes you either to go to God or to

go to somewhere. (Students' laughter...)

Idea is this life is given to you to feel, it is feeling, it's a feel, emotion. You always

see, I don't feel it sir. Lot of people come to me, I say, 'Do you feel that you can

do it?' He says, 'I don't feel it.' Your feeling is very limited. Your feeling

is very limited; your truth is very unlimited. Feelings are like waves, truth is like an

ocean. If you have to feel everything and then act, you can only act limited. If you

can know truth and act you can always act unlimited. I know I am in love with you, I

don't feel it. In spite of the fact you feel sometime hatred towards me I know it is the

reverse of the love, doesn't mean anything. I know that I have to come through whether

you hate me or you love me. I have no polarity. Law of the opposite does not bother me. You

love me, you hate me, you crucify me, you garland me, you worship me, you abuse me,

in spite of that I am, I am and I must come through. You tell me, I listen. You don't

tell me, I listen. You speak to me I listen, you don't speak to me I listen, you don't

know I know, you know I know, I must come through. There is no other way. You prostitute

yourself I love you. You angel yourself I love you. You dump yourself I love you. You

become radiant I love you. I must come through. Why? That is what human is.

Human is who shall know the truth and shall come through with it. Doctor should know the

disease and doctor should diagnose the disease, if doctor doesn't come through with medicine,

who is going to cure? Doctor takes the stethoscope, he takes the pulse, he takes the blood pressure,

he looks at the throat, he looks at the tongue, he looks in the eyes, he measures the temperature,

he finds it where is the pain, he touches, (?) whole thing what is the symptom, what

is the symptom, what is the symptom, then he diagnoses. He says, 'You have fever,

you have malaria.' Patient says, 'Yeah, yeah, malaria. I shake,

I shiver, (?) malaria, malaria, it's a malaria.' But if the doctor is not going to give him

quinine and the patient starts shaking and shivering and doctor keeps on diagnosing everyday,

everyday taking temperature, everyday saying I know it's malaria, it is a malaria, one

day the patient will die and doctor says, 'Yes, I know it was malaria, I know he died

because of malaria.' What is doctor and what is patient and what is diagnose?.

I know there is one God but I don't do SadhanaSadhana , Saadhana A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. The Aquarian Sadhana can be an individual or group practice; Ideally, it includes the recitation of Japji Sahib, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian Sadhana meditations, immediately followed by Gurdwara. According to Yogi Bhajan, the potency of any Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice will be enhanced in a group setting. . I don't. I don't know that one God is what.

I know I am a human being but I have no character. I know I am a person, I have no wisdom. I

look beautiful but I act insane. (Students' laughter...)

I am a Sikh of the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. but I am a debauch. They don't go together. I am a Khalsa; I am

a flirt. Doesn't fit in. I am American I hate everybody. Nobody in the world trusts me.

How you can fit in these things?. I am a French; I trust none. You know there is a theory in

France, trust nobody. And when you trust nobody you can't trust yourself also because self

is somebody. There is a theory I forgotforget the name of that philosopher, he said, 'Trust

nobody, and experience.' Now when you say trust nobody and you really believe it, that

means you are not going to trust yourself because your trust in somebody has to be and

somebody is yourself. But once you trust yourself, you are going to trust everybody. Law of trust

is whosoever shall trust the self shall trust everyone. Whosoever shall not trust the self'

Arey, if there is a glass and there is no water in it, what you can drink? You don't

love yourself; you can't love anybody. You can't even share. You can just do a drama

or a trauma or acting. In the end it's going to fall apart.

I was counseling that day, she said, 'When I married him'' now listen the statement,

'When I married him I thought I am in love.' I said, 'What happened now?'

She said, 'Now after marriage and after giving birth to three children, I think it

was a mistake.' I said, 'One pregnancy, second pregnancy,

third pregnancy you never felt the mistake and now you feel it was mistake?'

She said, 'Yes.' I said, 'You are a nut.'

If love has a condition, jurisdiction, boundary, argument, reason, logic, you have not even

touched the love. Love is a force, absolute and complete in itself. Why you are cheating

yourself? Why you are lying to yourself I am in love, I am in love. You don't know what

Now you all started laughing, right? Why? When you strip dance with your nudity of insanity

you think somebody will love you? Misbehavior is nothing but a strip dance of consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality.

and it's brute, it is crute,crude, it is inhuman. Unethical, unsocial, it's criminal.

Behavior, behavior has notno do's and no don'ts. Behavior is a behavior. It is positive or

negative. Negative behavior will destroy your caliber. Positive behavior will augment,;

will enhance your caliber. Behavior is a secret of God power in man.

What is happening what I am watching in America is people say, (?) I just couldn't behave

right. Credibility. People here without credit cannot even live.

Positive behavior is a positive credibility. Negative behavior is a negative credibility

of your entire complex as a human being. That's why when you are disconnected with the spirit,

with your soul, your behavior is very dry, negative, limited. It is not infinite. People

can see through your skin. They know you are a nut. Therefore caliber and consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. needs to be characterized and the character of a person is his behavior and behavior is

always backed by the spirit, spirit always come from the soul. Therefore we should meditate.

needs excellent character, excellent strength, excellent behavior, excellent personality,

and excellent wisdom. From where you are going to get that? It's not available on KmartK-Mart

or Ciars or Imagnum something. And you can't use your plastic card either.

'Moorakh andhey waqt gavaya, heera janam paa koudiya.'

Moorakh andhey, moorakh means unwise, unwise blind last islost the life the trip of the

life and it was just, it was heera janam, heera means it was just like diamonds. And

koudiya means seashells. The life was that of diamonds and he got it lost for seashells.

'Sut dhara sou preet lagayi.' GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. says either we put our love in a woman

or in son or in property or in money or in sex or in sensuality, not in God. Why? Because

once we love God we have a discipline. It was very funny, somebody said, 'I don't

love organization.' I said, 'Why not?'

'It binds you.' I said, 'Look, God has such a beautiful

organization, sun rises on time, sets on time, weather changes, wind, pressure, ocean currents,

magnetic field of the earth, whole cosmos is a perfect organization. And why don't you

like it?' He said, 'I don't know.'

I said, 'Because you are spoiled brat.' Those who do not love to organize their life

they love misery. Misery shall be gift to them. Misery only comes to them who are unorganized

because the secret of happiness and success is not you; if you are successful and secret

of success then everybody will be successful now. Those who measure their longitude, latitude,

and altitude. If you want to aim at bull then you have to

first correct your sensitivity for the wind pressure. It is called zeroing the rifle.

The principle is, focus at the bull the front of the eye, the back of you. Every rifle has

back you and front eye and the bull. Object, subject and you, three things. Longitude and

latitude and altitude. And then it says first fire five rounds to understand the pressure

of the wind and of the jerk. So what they do? They aim at 6 o'clock to get to the bull.

Aim is not the bull, if you aim at the bull the bullet will go at 12 o'clock. It will

go higher. Because when it leaves it creates a jerk, so you have to keep it down. Then

you have to see which way the wind is coming, if wind is coming this way you aim that way

little. If we have to do little with this little practice of a rifle; what about life?

Life has so many wind pressures, so many emotional pressures, so many commotional pressures,

so many traumas, so many inadequacies, so many composition, propositions, baits, should

we fall in every pit and learn? That's why GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. says, be in the company of

the learned, path of life will become easy. Therefore Nanak sought the company of the

holy to live the life of ecstasy. Because you fall in every pit, come out of the pit,

fall in other pit, come out of the pit, pit into pit into pit and you will be bit by bit

gone. Don't use this life for foolish experiments.

If you eat the eggs you will have cholesterol and you die of heart attack. People think

egg is perfect protein and it gives you energy. I gave some people the formula with nutmeg.

I have understood now everybody is freaking out on nutmeg, crazy!

(Students' laughter...) I mean it's a medicinal thing and do you know

if you have low blood pressure and you take nutmeg you can be adieusedadduced? And do

you know how much affectively if it is too much or too less' I mean to say, try to

understand. Don't fool around with these things. If formula is right, dose is right, the way

youyour way of use is right, then you can cure yourself with poison. In medicine people

use arsenic to cure lot of diseases, but if you straight away you are healthy and take

lot of arsenic you will be dead. Somebody once asked me, 'Come on, come on''

he took me to the ski resort. Then he took me on that chairs you know all the way inon

the top and then he fit all those boots, those big long shoes with that long slipping thing

and gave me two sticks. (Students' laughter...)

He said, 'Why don't you ski sir?' I said, 'I don't want to lose my arms. I

am not ready for it.' I said, 'I am not going to enjoy going about two hundred, four

hundred, five hundred yards down there for what? I am all right, what's wrong?'

I said, 'In slipping there is no fun. I hate slipping. I see people slipping everyday.'

I said, 'I don't want to slip.' He said, 'What should I do?'

I said, 'Take-off these sticks out of my feet and take these sticks back and man if

we cannot go by those chairs down, we will walk down.'

I said, 'Maybe for President Ford who loves to slip everywhere. It costscost him presidency.

It maybe wonderful for President Nixon. He got into Watergate. I can't afford it.'

I said, 'I am consciously conscious that slipping is no good and this game to me is

just slipping. I am not going to slip into it, I don't have any practice, I am not going

to boast about it, you are perfect, and you do this. Spend money, seven dollars to come

up, and then slip down. Who wants it?' (Students' laughter...)

I mean, who wants it? Enough is enough. I said, 'Seven dollars will give me lot of

orange juice and I'll just drink and look at the sun and thank God.

to feel about it, I am just explaining you a simple way of life. You don't like games,
