Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself.
, what it can do for you, what are the advantages and what kind of food can help a man to bring mental stability. After all when we work hard, what we (?). We get the fruit of that work. So those who can (?), they can live forever. It is a state of mind it will not cater to any (?). All right, all of you cannot live on fruit...
This is how the things grow. There are certain things which grow under the ground, there are certain things which grow within the seven feet distance of the ground and there are things which grow above the seven feet distance of the ground. These are the three categories in which divides everything. There are three ways, three GunasGunas
The three qualities or threads that make up the fundamental forces in nature and the mind. Their interactions give motion to the world, stir the larger Greater Mind, and make up the realm of our experience. They are considered inseparable and occur in unlimited combinations. They are abstract; you can only see their effects. They are the sattva guna for clarity and purity; the rajasic guna for action and transformation, and the tamasic guna for heaviness, solidity, and ignorance.

One of the three basic qualities of nature (gunas). It represents heaviness, slowness, and dullness. It is inertia and confusion.
, Rajas and Satvak. In colors we call it black, red, white. Any ground fruit which will be under the ground, it will have energy, it maybe anything, doesn't matter. Second thing will be which is laid down on the ground and grown bushy thing, within the seven feet, it will have energy in a potent form. And anything which grows above that will be sophisticated, delightful, self-digesting, cleansing, (?). Food which does not bring any kind of turmoil in the body.
I was figuring out today, today is my twenty-first day of eating a particular food. I do lot of experiments with food and I do it on myself. Without losing a pound of weight, just a pound, I have lost inches and inches, it's surprising.
Food has many means to you which sometime you do not understand. It doesn't matter what you eat but it does matter what you digest. You may eat the whole world, may not digest anything, (?). What you eat doesn't matter. What it matters is, how much of it you digest. And that is what gives you health, happiness to your physical self. You can turn the clock back, about ten years, if you just live on fresh milk and honey. You can turn the clock twenty years back, if you live on fresh butter. I am not talking of the butter which you can get from the dairy wrapped in a paper. You guys proudly say, 'this is butter,' that has got absolutely no peas in it, it is butter, it has no peas. I wish you should know what a butter is. When butter is fresh, you take out of the earthen pot and when you (?) milk out of the curd and it comes out, it comes out like little stars, you put that in cans, it has all the world Vitamin A in that and those crystals, little crystals like stars shall not break till that vitamin A melt, but after 2 hours, you will find that it has gone. That is what when it comes fresh. They won't stick with them. You can enjoy, you can play it like a ball. They are firm, very firm. In that butter, if you put honey, then you eat, and that makes your breakfast; we can immediately say twenty years back. You can do it. It's not a charisma, it's not a magic, it is growing it. Food is very powerful thing. Good food can make you cheerful. Cheerful man can be forgiving. It's a lot good thing. Sometime you say, "Well, don't take grease. It makes you fat. You take olive oil, your skin (?)." You call it gheeGhee

and how I get fat and how I get thin and from where I get energy. Take a glass of milk, take eight ounces of milk, put about three tablespoon of sesame oil in it, sesame oil, not commercial, real, it should be sesame oil. Have warm milk, put three tablespoon of sesame oil, put two tablespoon of honey in it and just drink it, sip it as you do your cocktail, don't rush it and then whole night if you can sleep and you don't like to work, you will make bedroom into living room, living room with bedroom, that much energy you get.
Energy is not in a peg of a whiskey only, (?) to whiskey or this and that, that only you can (?). That's not all energy. Energy is ten good glasses. Instead of this (?) molasses, mix it with honey. Molasses and honey, have homemade yogurt, mix it, eat it, then talk to me what food can do for you. If you can touch your heel on the ground, I can pay for it. You will be (?) good, that is what food does to you.
I had so much toxins in my body, because my lungs (?) all these smog whether I like it or not, it comes, it's my KarmaKarma

, but it's all right, I tried it out and these days I am taking rice, but not this American rice, which is polished. Indian Basmati, which you cannot polish, if you polish, it breaks. It becomes useless. So we found out it is available, so, we enjoy it.
In India when we are sick and we want to regenerate our body cells and we want to be healthy, we used to eat then. Why not to eat it now? So we got it. Just make one dish, I give you the recipe. It won't bother you, it is a good recipe. If you take one cup of rice, Basmati rice, it's available, forty four cents a pound, it's not a very costly dish.

Student: You get it in a few places, one in India Bazaar in west LA and the other is Belgians market in Los Angeles.
YB: It is available. It is a organic rice, it has got all the vitamins rice has to have in it. And the beauty of that rice is, it gets longer when you make it and thinner. It is not a coarse thick rice. It's very simple rice. So if you happen to get that rice, take one cup of it. West LA what?. What is west LA?

YB: So, if you get to get that rice, take one cup of that rice and take four onion, good thick onion and really chop them well, four onions; onion gives you blood, it makes blood. Onion is more precious than a apple but it is in abundance, that's why it is not costly.
So, whether you get the rice or not, but just write down the recipe. It's a very private, secret recipe. It will work right but don't start fighting in the house, "Honey, why didn't you make it right, make it right away," it doesn't go in once or twice, it doesn't go well, it's okay, next time it will be all right.
One cup of rice, take four onions, big onions, big I mean quite thick, if you do not know what big is, then take five, six.

As many you put, it doesn't matter but my, my idea of a onion is this much, and look at my hand. So chop them really fine and sauté them in sesame oil and when they become brown, that means onion has left its skin; when onion becomes brown... Onion doesn't lose anything, it is such a nutty thing. Don't misunderstand, by sautéing onion, onions lose anything, only the skin it loses. So when it becomes just reddish brown, just brown, at that time put that Basmati rice in it, just spin it and for two minutes, and put then you put that rice, and you have got to sauté that rice with it, don't put that the green pepper, not that big thing, but the long one.

YB: Chili green pepper, long one. It is about thick eight inches long. And chop that real fine, about two cups of it, put that in it and when you are sautéing the rice, also don't forget to put little turmeric in it so that your joints maybe all right in the body, you may not have arthritis and all inside will be taken care of and it'll give a golden color to the rice.
Student: Turmeric?
YB: And when you do all that and if you want to put salt and per chance in your life you ever had a high blood pressure, take K-salt or potassium salt, put that, don't put sodium salt in that case and, three cups of water. When the rice is ready, four, five pieces of cardamom, just, just break them and put it. Just put it. Turmeric...
Student: Cardamom.
YB: Four pods. And then cover it. Then you take it off the fire. Not when it is on the fire. It is a beautiful dish ready.
Now there are two ways of eating. One is, take horseradish and what they call, what they do it?

YB: Grate it and then just serve it with it. So mix with that, eat it, you will be somewhere else.

It is fantastic, you, you do not know, you'll enjoy it. It takes your life into the sky and you know all about God and...

There is no problem. Or, it's really fantastic, I can't tell you.
And then, if you don't want that, you take cottage cheese with it and take milk and put lot of honey in it and just drink with it, you are perfect. If you happen to live on it, once a day, once a day, it will change you inside out.

After twenty one days, if you get to walk on your heels on this earth, you can claim from me anything you like.
That this food does. That is what this food does to you.
At sometime during the year, man must eat half and he must eat a cleansing diet. It is a necessity for body. If you really want to live healthy, never fill your stomach more than two-third, how good the food may be. And eat once a day, have breakfast, have tea, there is no problem but it all the time because this door is open...

YB: Oh when you, just, two minutes when you just sauté the rice and you have to put in, I am going to let you make tomorrow (?).

YB: Yeah, just crush it and just put them over and here, then they will steam, (?).

YB: Yes, that (?), just put it over and just cover it for a while. Fantastic dish. Serve it with red horseradish and serve it with little cottage cheese and give that drink to guys.
Student: How long do we have to cook after putting three cups of water?
YB: Well, about fifteen to ten minutes, just as normal rice does.
All right, now I am telling you a breakfast. Ever living breakfast, divine.
Take two apples, skin them out and take away their seeds and all that inner thing and chop them up and put them into the blender. And put about three to four spoons of honey into the blender and four, five cardamom seeds and blend it real well, take it out, heat it if you like, if you can't resist it, eat it in the blender.

But don't put your finger to taste it because blender sometime is working and somebody (?).

That's a dangerous game but it's really, it smells good, it feels good, you eat it, it is good, it comes out good. I don't care what goes in, that doesn't bother me so much but I do care what comes out. Certain foods are so silly, we just take them in once, they refuse to come out and that is where the problem of the human body starts. All the energy of the human mind then goes on taking it out. And all the heat of the body is spoiled in that and that makes a man sick. Because that heat is also responsible for circulation.
So, there are, there is a soup, I do not know how many things they put it in. Few days we were on the soup, we are keeping all the time in that pot on the oven, anybody who go in, put a glass of water, put the vegetable back, take it out, drink it and unending soup in the oven. Fantastic. You know.

And it really helps; it clears you out and in any kind of sickness, it is such a powerful herb combination, that it, it strengthen your nerve to the extend that your recovery becomes so smooth and we make it all the time and I am giving you today, the detail of it, not the hippie version of it. YB: Just the stick, two cardamom cloves and clove, four, five cloves, how many cups you want, four cups, five cups. Let us talk of four cups. If you want to make four cups of it, four cardamoms say about six, those bulbs?
Student: Pods.
YB: Yeah, whatever they are. They are some. And about six cloves. And remember, cloves is one thing which I love to put myself in my eyes I like to water. When the water is boiling, you put cloves. They start kissing and dancing. And that's the best dance ever man can see. You perhaps do not know, cloves dance and they kiss and that's a enjoyable dance and kissing. Man has, has to learn that. So when you put cloves, am I telling a lie? I watch it everyday. Why not you enjoy it? That, that does not make anybody horny, I don't mean that.

The cloves love each other. Why not? When the cloves love each other, why not men love each other? You get to see that. See, even the cloves love each other. Hug and kiss and dance, which you don't do, being human beings. Can you see that? It's worth seeing. They dance. And beautiful dance. So you must see sometime that dance, stand by it.
So we put cinnamon in it, cloves, cinnamon and what, and black pepper.

YB: Yeah. Ginger is going to come. Then you must go to a store and buy a ginger which has not an old skin of eighty four year old.

Like meat, they give you ginger, I don't know, how many months after that comes to the store. But it is terrible, the skin is as old as the earth is. That kind of ginger don't buy. But buy with fresh young skin, the ginger and slice and put about seven, eight slices into it and boil it for half an hour, thirty five minutes and you'll find it has started giving a color. Now this is the hippie version of it, and then you drink it, put honey in it and drink it; that's it. But now we go further as far as yogiYogi

tea is concerned. Then you put regular black tea in it, about a spoon, not much, just about a spoon and after you have finished putting spoon and that, let it boil, don't, don't run away from it. It is a chemical compound, don't go into the quality because we call it a tea. It's a chemical compound and all the essence from all these things must have a reaction to form what we are going to form. So don't put your pre-brainwashed head, well, when tea is put, kettle should be out, the kettle is out, the tea should be put and all that stuff, you know. Forget all those attitudes. You are not getting against to anybody, you are going to tell him that how good tea you make. So this is something good for the health. So make it exactly as it should be. When that is ready, then put milk in it and then let it boil. So it comes to boiling point, then bring it out.

YB: Oh, reasonable.

So, it depends. Sometime you like little whiter color, sometime you like little no white. So moment you just bring it back to boiling point your tea is ready, put honey in it and if you can afford to live on it, it's a beautiful drink, it's a good (?), very healthy, for three days you can walk freely and call on all friends who are suffering with sinusitis and just give them hug, don't worry, nothing will happen to you. You are immune at least for three months.
In India, we had a Chinese yellow, what they call it, which, which, which smugged up the liver.
Student: Jaundice.
YB: Yeah, jaundice, jaundice, jaundice.
We had jaundice, after jaundice we had, that this, Chinese yellow flu. It came as a wave and everybody got a break, there was no hope to escape, no penicillin worked, no paramycin worked, everything failed (?). Dead after dead. In their family nobody will answer the call. All sixteen people lying down. That was the state of mind. Then some people who were healthy they just made pots and pots of this (?) just filled, it three days (?) because when it comes to life and death, you know, everything is everything, everybody drank it so much, they learnt it, it is okay, pain goes away from the body. You know, when you suffer with this kind of flu, even you recover, then your body remains aching. And painful. And you have low energy and you walk like this but if you recover this (?), so out of sinuses and all that, you will not feel miserable. And that is a pretty good idea to it.
You should never eat something which should stimulate you and then bring you to the bottom of your earth. It is very wrong way of eating and living. It should never be done. If you feel you are cold and you feel very bad, don't hesitate to put little red chilies and just rub them with little honey and just, just eat it. See it does to you because it has a phosphor, red chili got phosphor, you need it, it's essential in the human body. And the honey is a direct energy but it won't let your tongue burn, because you do not know how to eat chili, so I don't want to put you in a hot plate but all I am trying to tell you how you can do it. Certain things are required in the body.
This time in summer solstice, we have ten days' camp, you know, we do a Jatra, all the people from America will get together sometime in mountain and we do certain exercises. And we do cook a special food which everybody has to eat, everybody live in the open and we do SadhanaSadhana
, Saadhana
A spiritual discipline; the early morning practice of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual exercises. and we meditate and chant and do yoga exercises and sing and dance and do all kind of things. These are very ten happy days. We all will... Last year we were in Colorado, then, what is that (?).
So, what we decided, this is what we did, and you will be shocked with it. To every American we gave half a pound of red chilies in the food and none knew it. So all went in. The preparation was in such a way, it was not that kind of hot that they could see it is hot, they could feel there is something unusual happening.

And we gave them garlic, we gave them onion.
You will not believe it, we start, used to start cook and sauté things at morning ten O'clock. By four O'clock they will be ready and four, five, six people will be just, doing it; as one is preparing in old days of pharmacy medicine. That kind of thing. We prepared it, fed everybody. After ten days people were so delightful, so light, so radiant. It was unbelievable to see that when they came, they were like this. When people come from any, where there is smog is enough and running to the home and all that, they always come like this; you can see it. And getting through all that... Food is beautiful, food is just like as you water the plant, it grows, it, it has a radiance...
... just whole side of the whole thing will get burnt, but the tip won't resist but you take red chili, tip will resist, it will stop burning right here, it means the gate doesn't want its entry. It's a very good phenomena to see.
What they do in India? They take red chilies, they take clarified butter, they take away all the cluster out of butter, make it very pure form to bring in it the again the regenerating power and they always sauté red chilies in that butter. And then they take it; it doesn't taste bitter but it does give all the phosphor the body requires. It is very healthy.
I wish you should not have read all that in newspaper how poor the Indians are. I wish you should have also read how tasteful they are. You can very well see they have over six thousand dishes. A normal Indian woman knows over two hundred dishes to make. That much poor they are.
We took couple people from here on a tour, they never knew, one girl told me one thing, "If we would have known India is that much poor, we would have lived here all the time."
I said, "What has gone wrong?"
She said, "We are feasting everyday."
I said, "That is not true, you are feasting, you are overeating."
But still, there are certain people, they live in a very different way and different atmosphere which we in America cannot understand. We cannot understand why there should not be a hot water in the house. We cannot understand anywhere why should not we have a living room and a bedroom to each person. We can't. I realize, now I am living here from last three years. But I cannot understand in India why everybody should have a room. What rooms mean in that country? Nothing. They are the best homes. It's a monsoon country, it's not a America. And the air must freely come and go. So you got to live in a verandah anyway. You may build as big a house possible, you can as many rooms possible but still you have to build big huge verandahs because that is where you are going to live.
So every place has its own quality, every food has its own quality but, in this country there is a great beauty, we have, we can produce a lot, but it is inorganic, it is produced unnatural way, it does not have what it should have and it does give a handicap to our development. And that is what the problem is. It is not the food is not good here. Vegetables are very good but after how many days you get them. It takes days in transportation and refrigeration that it comes to you. Freshness has a beauty, you can't deny that, as youth has a beauty.
Well, we are in this country, we love this country, we are going to live in this country, doesn't matter. So if we cannot have the best, let us make best what we have. Do you know... Now, it is not my statement, don't blame me because you can blame me I am not yet permanent American born, therefore I don't know what I am talking about; there is a book, 'Survival in the wilderness,' a very powerful book. So if you caught in wilderness what we should do. There is authentic situation that you must eat leaves and branches of the tree as a vegetation but never live continuously for one month on meat. It's written there, it's not, it not my theory. Why? You can't live on meat all the time. It won't give you all what your body needs. Therefore you must add a substitute in your diet, vegetables and fruit. And sometime you are quite crazy. You take juice. Everything of juice; because you don't want to move your teeth. That's a hard thing to do.

Really hard. When you cut a apple, it takes energy. You don't either have energy or you don't want to give it. That's why you don't want to eat apple that way. You want apple juice. But do you know it's a very hard for the system to digest these juices? As eating a vegetable soup the system can digest, equally hard is the fruit juices.
Do you know one thing? When you steam the vegetables they don't lose any value but they are easily digestible. And do you know raw vegetables takes long time than anything you ever can digest, even meat you can digest, raw meat you can digest faster than the green vegetables? Are you aware of it? Because it's a organic living substance. And body has to really do something to it. Only those people who very start live on green vegetables should continue on green vegetables. They will be very healthy. But those who do half and half business, that is not safe. That's why, when we make a green salad let it stay and then put something on a thousand island or, what they call it...

YB: Oil and this and something, and just mix it and eat it, it will work better. Because it is dangerous to eat green vegetables when they produce gas. And if your system does not relate to it, don't bug your system. It is much better and much safer. And also when you make soup or broth from green vegetables, there is a one test to it. That test is, that when you are going to boil the vegetable, it is not going to do any good to you. You know it, green vegetables green, and when you boil it, it is boiled. But you can't do it one way. You have to boil it that when you let the vegetable come out, the surface must be filled with the vegetable oil. Hundred times more is the potent of the, is the vegetable oil which comes from such vegetable. And it is very healthy. And it's very recovering, very energetic.
So, please if you ever have to make a soup, then make a soup. Not just put it on and just have water hot, it is soup; because there is a (?) in it, so there is (?).

. You are what you eat. It's a very powerful sentence. And it is my personal request; eat what you can afford but next morning personally check out that it comes out. Eating is not important. Elimination should be there. And it's more important that you should and must watch your elimination. And it is more important for you to see that what you eliminate, in the water, it must float. Otherwise stand warned that you are nearer, you are at the gate of sickness. If the food comes out of you, it's not lighter than water, you are in the red zone, you are in the danger zone of health. It means whatever is coming is not ready to, it's not lighter than water. It means body has not taken out of it anything. It means your whole food has gone waste and body is working on the reserve energy, therefore you are weak. Immediately fast that day and break the fast with well steamed vegetable.
It is the, it is the trick of life. You love to clean your house, you love to watch your house. But if you urinate and it smells, stand warned, you are not right. Drink lot of water. Your body, your lower portion, Apana must tell you about PranaPraana

The universal life force that gives motion. It is the breath in air. It is the subtle breath of the purusha as it vibrates with a psychophysical energy or presence. Praana regulates the modes and moods of the mind.
. This is how it is. Elimination is equally important as eating is. It must be balanced. If you take lot of water in reasonable quantity, your urine must not show any color. And it is very essential for health. And if you will not make it as a habit, and if you don't want in the old age your prostate gland to be operated on, while you are young, you must stop urination, when you are urinating four, five times. You got to learn that. Otherwise, when you enter a old age, that gland will need operation, positively.
All those people who get that surgery, remember, eighty percent, all over the world this problem is. Because, you don't have that thing. That, that gland must be given an exercise. And if that gland doesn't get the exercise, it, later on it becomes old, it does become nonfunctional, it doesn't let you urinate. Something which was meant to regulate the whole thing becomes (?), the only to get out of it. And when you get out of it, how much you live? Few numbered days are.
These are certain small little teeny-tiny things and it is very essential to clean your these monkey glands. There is mucous and all germs and virus from the air (?) and when you get up in the morning you must clean outside, then it goes in the stomach. Exactly, it is very required for you to clean the inside wall of these two nostrils which you can easily do, you know those, what they call, swab things what they call?
Student: Q-tips.
YB: Yeah, but the thick one though.
Dip it in a ordinary oil, any good oil. And just massage inside. Whole day you will be (?). Add in your duty to one more thing. The outside of the nose has to be clean, as well as inside of the nose because the inside works; outside is a show.
And when you clean all the tooth left and right, up and down, with that brush, that brush you have got, the surface of the tongue must be clean, the root of the tongue must be clean so the lot of water should come out of the eye, you may not go blind. You cannot go blind. Your eyes will be perfect. But when you don't clean your eyes, you go blind. Cataract or whatever they call it.

, the life nerve which goes all the way down in our toes, it goes right underneath till little muscle, and then they chip from this place because of too much of doing it and you don't get to do this way. You are not to feel that, it causes lot of headache. And sometime many experiments are done, I get left side headache. So what is this left side headache? This guy is making trouble.
In your whole life meditate on the loop and the sides of your ear. They have got all the ending of the nerves. And they needed that, everyday. When the child does wrong, what you do? Pull him from the ear, 'hey, be sensible.' What do you mean by, be sensible? Can't you be sensible, too? Pull your own ear in the morning, be sensible. This needs circulation. Your thinking and brain balance is here. Moment you pull these loops and press them, the, in the brain, the cells, brain cells start having a combination. Look at your nails. For God sake don't put paint on them.
Look at them, they are meant to know how much blood is circulating. They got to be fresh and young. Change your diet immediately till you get fresh and young nails and they must exceed the break line within one week. You cut hair which you should not and you do not care for the nails which you should. Don't chop them up. They are required up to the end of this flesh and you watch a growing nail, it will show you a breaking line and that line must come in one week. If doesn't grow that much, you can see it in the sun, you will see there is a line in, you just press your nail, it will right break on that line. It's a natural phenomena, I am not teaching you something supernatural but your nail must grow that much. If it doesn't, take care of yourself, it is wrong somewhere in your diet, (?). Your hair grows. I am talking only those who grow hair and their ends grow.

No part of the human body is without hair, not a single. They are meant to give the sun energy to the body, that is the purpose of the hair on your body. God is not a fool that He has grown this grass on your body. He is not your enemy. He designed it for a special purpose. Why we cut it? You are going to ask me this question, I may answer you.
When we are little babies, we see little babies with little hair. So we want to be baby all the time. That's what we are. And somebody asked me why these hair go gray; yeah, they grow white, gray, not blue. They tell the man when they go gray, 'here we are now white, now at least start doing white jobs and stop your bad deeds, time has come to go across.' Otherwise our black or pink or blonde hair can turn into green.
This whole body is not laid by us. We are not the manufacturing people; neither we are its engineers. It has been made for such people. That is why, the hair at your head are longer and on your arms are small. God could have done, that from your waist to this side, there would have been six inches long hair grown here. What you could do? What's wrong in that? Or around your neck, there will be (?) like hair standing (?); you can't do anything,but do you think all the razor of the world can do it? Not a single razor in the world is competent enough to cut the hair. They immediately grow.
Something which was provided in the human body to give the energy back is there to take the energy; it's a reverse order, that's all and body has to compensate for it because there is a particular length to which the hair grows and from that onward its function is to return the energy to the (?). There is a great research done in the medical line. We've got to read a book on it. And when you cut it off, it start growing to that length. Or its growth from where it takes the energy. From your blood stream. Something which was meant to give energy to the blood stream (?) taking energy back from the blood stream. That is the scientific explanation of it. And man has not grown the hair by himself. They are there by nature itself. And you always (?) positive, nothing is surplus here on this body. Every body part has a function. Especially when you shave hair in the armpit, they are very dangerous. And they have got a medical system behind it.
You sometime watch your armpit, the hair have got two surface, one goes this side and one goes this side. It is a barrier provided between the magnetic field of the functional and of the stationary and it’s very important that body must not meet in that point. That is why there is a pad provided by the nature. Hairs are all over at those points where magnetic filed is effectively affecting the body. Because the electric charge has to be controlled and their main function is to draw the natural energy and feed the system. That’s all is their purpose, they have got no such purpose other than that. You can always survive under all circumstances because the system has the capacity to adjust. It’s a triplicate system. If one thing fails the other one, the other fails the third one, the third fails then you get disease. So it is not something that immediately you do something it will happen to you that way. It is not true. The system has been made so beautiful.

to come to the outer skin to feed your skin, you know what result will be? You will look ugly, you will look old. Freshness will not come. Nobody goes old. I have seen people ninety year old look like fourteen year young and beautiful. I know if I take care of my body as I should, I’ll be much better than I am. I can turn the clock anytime I like. You are not me because I have got short time, I have lot to worry, I got to go, (?). But you want to live. You have no hassle, you don’t run all the time back in your hands, San Francisco this, Chicago (?), you got no such thing. I am hassling against time, you have no problem, you should live relaxed, live fine. But still I take care of it.
I sit down in the hot water tub and I (?) which I will never do otherwise. I want the red hot water to get into my system and let the toxin come out of my pores. I want to use the aqua balance of the water force for my own system. I want to do it.
