And the situation is, I know what I have to do folks, and you don't know. We did one part of it yesterday and we talked about it and today I don't feel like talking much about it. I am just going to do it, right? You know that kind of mood. When I am in that kind of mood, what happens? Okay, the process of personality, we work like this. There is a reality and non reality. They walk, try to understand, there is a reality and?

Students: Non reality.

YB: And we walk in the middle of it always. What we do is sometime we shift towards non reality and over shift. While shifting to non reality, we do not leave the side of the reality. Simply we pull on reality too much. Between reality and non reality, the quality of human being is to cause rupture. To cause rupture is based on a habit, inlaid habit in us of self destruction. We don't like to be called self destruct. Because that is the only quality in you through which you can destroy within self the unwanted, undesirable thoughts. It was not pervert, it was not given to you to be wrong, it was not given you to be depressed which you are. I mean, I am not denying that. I mean to say, it's all right. But why it was given. Why it was given to man to be self destructive. Why stomach was made to burn the food. Why hydrochloric acid was produced in the stomach, ha? Why the saliva in the mouth? Why all this? Ha, what is this? Couldn't it be done, the man can take a food like this and press it and become fresh and go again. Doesn't happen that way. Process. It's called procedure.

The human body is the systematic procedure to use negating force to eliminate the destructive overload, destructive? Fuse. Otherwise your life will just blow up in seventy-two hour you can't live more than that. But what happen is the overload, when comes on life, instead of eliminating, when you don't eliminate, then you become depressed. Some people, I mean to say in the United State America and West Europe is too much, America is little. People do not have the capacity of commitment. Basic capacity of commitment is gone, because commitment is based on endurance and tolerance. We have a monkey personality, we don't tolerate a thing. Endurance is a far fetched idea, who cares?

Now, if you do not have endurance and tolerance nothing can work. On your things it is written, what they call it? Solid state, ha? Solid state mean, perfectly tested out. It's, it's A one, right. That mean you want to buy a car which is very enduring. And your self not at all. Ha, ha. What a fine idea? You want everything to be A one, steady, solid. Your self, zero. It doesn't match. Your words no good. Everybody words should be good for you. When that kind of situation you want to live, you are not living. You are just trying to exist. Endurance and commitment tells you to stand before adversity and turn it around. Eat it, chew it, digest it, learn from it, become stronger, go and grow and then throw away the residue.

Yogic science has certain Kriyas. Process of the KriyaKriya Literal meaning is "completed action." A Kundalini Yoga Kriya is a sequence of postures and yoga techniques used to produce a particular impact on the psyche, body, or self. The structure of each kriya has been designed to generate, organize, and deliver a particular state or change of state, thereby completing a cycle of effect. These effects have been codified and elaborated by Yogi Bhajan and form the basic tools used in yoga and its therapeutic applications. is to bring in us the power to eliminate our overloads, like thought overloads. This is Gian Gyan Mudra , Gian Mudra , Giaan Mudra A common hand position used in exercise and meditation, is formed by touching the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb. Its effect is receptivity, balance, and gentle expansion. MudraGyan Mudra , Gian Mudra , Giaan Mudra A common hand position used in exercise and meditation, is formed by touching the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb. Its effect is receptivity, balance, and gentle expansion. Mudra Mudra means "seal." It usually refers to hand positions used in meditation and exercise practices. These hand positions are used to seal the body's energy flow in a particular pattern. More generally it can refer to other locks, bandhas (see Mul Bandh), and meditation practices that seal the flow of energy by concentration. , these are the three fingers and what we did yesterday was we made it round and we satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. on the idea of putting a negative thought. We spin the negative thought to bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger, till it pop up and we cleanse our consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. . It's a helpful attitude but does that helpful attitude always we do, no. We are only willing to deal with life emotionally. We are not willing to deal with life, with life at all consciously. That's the difference. You call him a spiritual man, you call him a sage, you call him great, you call him infinite, you call him positive, whatever you want to call. I am not checking on you for that. But a person who can just look at life absolutely consciously shall not be in pain. Even pain won't hurt. You will not feel handicapped.

Is there anybody here who doesn't want that his best friend should be sincere to him and her? But I am asking you one question, if you are not sincere to yourself, how everybody else can be sincere to you? Suppose you want to go to San Francisco. San Francisco is what? Four hundred, how many miles? From LA? About four hundred? And it is on the north. It is by the coast. It's right. True? Suppose you drive four hundred miles by the coast and when you reach four hundred miles, there is no San Francisco. Okay. What you will do. You will drive another hundred mile left and right, what has happened.

If driving another hundred mile, you don't find any San Francisco, what you will do? There is no San Francisco. That's what you say, right. What happened? It disappeared. Exactly this is how you are. When you go to lunch with somebody you establish a mileage it is called establishing the route. But later on when a person meets you, the city is gone. The destination doesn't exist. "Don't call me, I will call you." He said, "What?" This guy was drinking tea and eating biscuits and talking and telling and doing. What happened today? No. Today that person is gone. San Francisco disappeared. Ask somebody where it is. He say, "Ah, don't you know? It's not in California anymore. It is now in the Oregon State."

He said, "No, that must be Portland."

"No, it's Oregon. It moved."

Your shifting attitude in search of your own personality and own happiness and own self is so destructive, so fast. That your environments cannot keep up with it. And that's called self disaster which has to be eliminated. Do you understand even what I am saying? To be to be is a science. It's a practical art of living. It's a reality. It's a identity. That's what SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. Naam , Nam The manifested identity of the essence. The word derives from Naa-ay-ma , which means "that which is not, now is born." A Naam gives identity, form, and expression to that which was only essence or subtle before. It is also referred to as the Word. means. That somebody can come sometime and say, "She is my friend, she is my neighbor, she is my boss, she is me." It takes long time of life and energy to establish a relationship. It takes one second to destroy it in the split of moment, because you split away. You know what we call it in a simple English, moodiness. You live my mood. And when you live by mood, I am not saying you don't have the right to live by mood.

You live by the mood, you have the right to live by mood. But it is very, very, very, rude for other people who relate to you, who establish their relationship with you. Who know you, who want to understand you. They freak out. And we normally say, "I don't know where you are at?" You know, you know, what (?). This is the worst abuse in English. It means you are not a liar, you are not a idiot, you are not SOB, you are not this, you are not that, you are not mother this, father this, whatever, you don't exist. I do not know where you are at. It's a very polite way of saying, 'I do not know, recognize and even feel that you exist in my vocabulary.' And you know how many times in life, we say those words. You know when you say, "I don't know what practically it means." Be dead. Exactly that means. And that's your way of language. That's what you have accepted socially, that's what you have accepted in reality. Calling each other, 'be dead.' Because what is on this planet, you don't know. You know it all.

'Bij MantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. Tra-ng is the wave or movement of the mind. Mantra is a wave, a repetition of sound and rhythm that directs or controls the mind. When you recite a mantra you have impact through the meridian points in the mouth, through its meaning, through its pattern of energy, through its rhythm, and through its naad - energetic shape in time. Recited correctly a mantra will activate areas of the nervous system and brain and allow you to shift your state and the perceptual vision or energetic ability associated with it. Sarv Ko Gian.'

'The very seed of the human knows it all.' There is a whole tree in the very seed. But you don't know because you do not know where you were, where you are and where you shall be. This state, I mean it's very funny. If tomorrow you go, come to this Yoga Center, right and park the car and see and here there will be a laundry shop. Laundromat, whatever. How shocked you can be? Ha. Is it wrong to have a Laundromat. But not where you, yesterday came to a yoga class was a Yoga Center, next is a Laundromat and three days later it will be dance school and five days later it will be a restaurant. Fifteen days later it can be boutique shop. What you can do? And that is how swiftly you change your personalities. Because to you, from the very birth you have been told commitment is a slavery. Commitment is to live in a dungeon.

Commitment is absolutely negative. Therefore you must explore. You explore, go to a explorer. Is there any explorer in the world who doesn't make the base camp except you. Law of exploring is that there is a base camp. You, no base camp. Basic courtesy, when is missing in the behavior, life is very painful. Basic attributes, basic consciousnessConsciousness The nature of the self and being. In the realm of nature, awareness becomes consciousness. It is from the being itself. Being is expressed in consciousness through contrasts and sensations, in awareness through merger, clarity, and reality. , basic intelligence. But there are tremendous emotions, tremendous feeling, tremendous dreams. You can't do it. That's why, I thought let us go and share little bit and see if we can improve the situation. That's why we were there yesterday. That's why we are here today. It's very enjoyable what's you are going to do. All right. Now watch out.

This is a straight thing. This is a language you are going to speak. First ask a question in one voice. Please speak to me. Speak out.

Students: Please speak to me.

YB: Just like that. Please speak to me.

Students: Please speak to me.

YB: Now close your eyes and meditate what you are saying. Learn to meditate when you speak and say, say it.

Students: Please speak to me.

YB: Feel it. Go ahead.

(Students repeat the chant as told)

YB: Repeat.

(Students repeat again)

YB: Now you have to do two things. Keep on repeating it till you feel bored. Watch, watch, watch. I am trying to teach you a science. A human science. I am giving you the very jewels of life. Without all these teaching, you will never be happy. You can be religious and happy and you can be atheist, unhappy. You can be rich but unhappy. You can be poor unhappy. Because without experience, it shall not become part of you. All right, come on. Repeat. And when you are bored, raise your hand. And after that speak nothing.

Students: Please speak to me.

YB: Urgingly, powerfully, longingly.

Students chant: Please speak to me...

YB (over the chant): See how long you can stretch it. Come on, put your emotions in it. Put your feelings in it. Make it real. Make it impressive. Drag the (?) must speak. Do your best. Try your best. Repeat again. See if it works. Try. See if something happens. Keep going. All right, stop it.

(Students stop the chant)

Open your eyes. How you feel now? What I have figured it out is, I am the last living teacher of the Laya Yoga. And this knowledge have not very seldom taught and it will go away with me. It is not that which takes professional proficiency to do it. It's very realistic. It is where Laya Yoga is a science where you project your psyche, interlock it and twist the psyche to become neutral and positive. It is the game of the wise people to get rid of the foolishness. That's how it is. But if you can come along and be understanding, it shall be fine.

It's good to be negative. It is good to be, it's right of life to look everything negatively and see what negative is. But what is the idea to have a negative and not make positive. You never have the picture. If you take the film and take negatives, what is the idea of being negative if you don't take, make the positive. In negative, it is everything is upside down. In positive, there will be a picture, there will be a color, you can enjoy it. So in life, try this. Sit in a very attentive forceful situation that you are going to be very effective. Just get into that mood, effective. And talk this. These are the words you have to say. 'I love you but,' that's all you have to say.

(Students laugh)

Just wait, wait. I mean you are western. I am trying to tell you how you have used language as a mantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Recited correctly a mantra will activate areas of the nervous system and brain and allow you to shift your state and the perceptual vision or energetic ability associated with it. to destroy yourself. That's what I am trying to tell you. God is not mad at you, God is not wrong with you, God is very kind to you. Because God has a infinite tolerance. So I thought Nirinjan's birthday is today, the most attribute I can pay to her for her prayer and Jap Sahib is to share with you the most sacred part of the science of God. Okay, now let's go through it.

I love you but, but, but, but, you have to press the lips on but. You won't do it. You won't normally do it, you'll say but. But just little name, but press the, press consciously the lips on word but. Okay, all right go.

Students: I love you, but; I love you, but; I love you, but...

YB: Aaha. Hey, wait, wait, wait. Because we do not want to just yell and scream. We are not, you know jackals here. The question is the neuron meridian's frequency has to be changed. That's what the science Laya Yoga does it. Changes your frequency to affect and interlocked and get the result. And that's where your total success in life lies. Your life lies in the spoken word. And if it's not effective you are not effective. So when you say but, but, that's the but. Press the but, consciously press the lips. Go ahead.

Students chant: I love you, but; I love you, but; I love you, but...

YB (Over chant): Meditate, meditate. Find it out what it is, try it. Question it. Seek it, approach it, project it. Relay it. Put it out. Find it. Look below. Look through, look up. Track it down. Sort it up. See for yourself. Now answer me how you feel.

(Chanting stops)

Yeah I know, you love me, I know that. We are going through but.

(Students laugh)

This big butt on which you cannot sit is the source of pain in your life. There is a situation in Laya Yoga, that if a person can totally stabilize its own frequency, the entire Universe will run to it. This is the only way in the world of Kingdom of God to become attractive. When you can sit and wait and smile. Three things. Sit, wait and smile. The entire, because you have to have welcoming nature. You have to have projection, you have to have been calling. Answering the call is not the way we call, answering the call, relationship is not what you think it is. Relationship is not it is re-lay the ship. And you know what relay is? Run it, run it, take the baton and run it. Have you run the relay race? Have you gone through the relay? I run, I pass the baton to another person, he runs and he runs and he runs and she runs, and he runs.

Relay the ship of life, re-lation-ship. Relationship. There is a ocean, there is a ship. No big deal. You go to go cross but relay it. Relay means between the two. There is no such thing as one. Relationship is two. Because if I run a mile, I will go for time and then I pass the baton to another. That person has to run too. One cannot run and win the race. If I am sick, you nurture me. If I am healthy, I will nurture you. If I am wise, I will share with you. If you are foolish, you should receive it. It's not good and bad, it's not yes and no, it is the way it is. Life is a mutual understanding to keep going. That's what the word keep up means. Now, now we are coming to the other Chakras. Let us see. Now sit down very authentically, okay. And take this MudraMudra Mudra means "seal." It usually refers to hand positions used in meditation and exercise practices. These hand positions are used to seal the body's energy flow in a particular pattern. More generally it can refer to other locks, bandhas (see Mul Bandh), and meditation practices that seal the flow of energy by concentration. , take this finger, this finger which I cannot raise you know, I am putting it down.

(Student laughs)

I can't. And hold it in right hand like this as you are going to pull it out. It will do you something, don't worry. And pull it, pull the elbow straight and pull the finger straight and meditate and say a word, 'Have me.'

Students: Have me.

YB: Ha, hmm ha. Have, you got to open your mouth.

(Imitates like students)

What is it you are doing? It won't work. You got to pressure on this jaw in the back. You all say, 'Have me.'

Students: Have me.

YB: Good.

(Students repeat the chant)

YB (over chant): Meditate on it. Look deeper. More. Try hard. Go for it. Loud and clear. Offer, offer, loud and clear. Go ahead. No reservation. Keep going. Feel it, feel it, feel it, feel it, feel it, feel it, feel, feel it... Okay, okay, okay, okay, that's enough.

(Chanting stops)

Now the most powerful thing with all what you do and what all you can create is that you have to speak. Spoken word is totally your self. I am not discussing the right of it, I am not discussing wrong of it. I am discussing with you the part of it. The side of it. The up and down of it. No, I am discussing what it is. A spoken word is, thus spoke GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. , thus spoke Jesus, thus spoke BuddhaBuddha An enlightened one; founder of the Buddhist faith. . Spoken word is total of you. You can speak consciously, unconsciously, subconsciously, under fear and pressure. But when you speak nobody listens but God. There's no doubt about it. A spoken word by a human is listened by God and that's all God is about. God is a ear to hear. That's why we fold our hands.

'Doye Haath Jod Kariye ArdasArdas Prayer; the formal group prayer of the Sikhs. , Thud Paave Thyave Raas.'

'If Thy will is, everything will be fine.'

But we put both hands together, that means we neutralize ourself. We put our IdaIda One of the three major channels (nadis) for subtle energy in the body. It is associated with the flow of breath through the left nostril, follows down the left side of the spine, and represents the qualities of the moon - calmness, receptivity, coolness, and imagination. It is associated with the functions of the parasympathetic nervous system but is not identical to it nor derived from it. Also see Pingala and Shushmana and PingalaPingala One of the three major channels (nadis) for subtle energy in the body. It is associated with the flow of breath through the right nostril, follows down the right side of the spine, and represents the qualities of the sun - energy, heat, action, and projective power. It is associated with the functions of the sympathetic nervous system but is not identical to it or derived from it. See also Ida and Shushmana. together neutralize it, fold it and some people do like it, tight it up, some go down, some and you know, everybody has his own problem. But what I am trying to explain, the science is simple. When we fold our hands and we just speak. Now, take these two hands and lock these and this. This is how it is. And at the heart center, now we are going to, by center by center. At the heart center, lock it and press it. It is not that, you are showing off that. You know it's just you are doing the science of it. You are in the workshop, press it and just this way.

And now you shall speak in a very simple phenomena. Thou is my light. Thou is my life.

Students chant: Thou is my light, thou is my life...

YB (Over chant): My light, Thou is my life.

Students: Thou is my life.

(Students repeat)

YB (Over chant): Play this.

(Music tape is played)

YB (talks over tape): Go in a whisper. Strong whisper against the musical note. Concentrate.

We are going to be louder and louder. You are going to be deeper and deeper. Keep the whisper of the Sesh Naga.

Keep on, deeper and deeper. You have still few minutes left. That's how life is.

Deeper, deeper. Exert your endurance. Don't yawn. Don't yawn, don't relax.

Aaha, Aaha, deeper, deeper. Say it from the in of it. Whisper strongly. I want to hear it. You are relaxing. You are gone down, down, I want you to come up and up. We got to win. I want the heavens to listen. Get the ear of God.

Experience it through endurance. There is no other experience. Experience and endurance, they walk hand in hand. Deeper, deeper, stronger, stronger. I don't want you to come to a class and go empty handed as you came, so you go. No. Come here, get richer.

Come on my love, draw it. Don't leave it halfway. Half cook is no good.

Whisper.

Deeper and stronger.

(Music tape stops)

(Music tape resumes)

YB (talks over tape): Hit when the iron is hot.

SIDE – B

(Music tape continues)

YB (talks over tape): Inhale deep. Put the Gian Gyan Mudra , Gian Mudra , Giaan Mudra A common hand position used in exercise and meditation, is formed by touching the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb. Its effect is receptivity, balance, and gentle expansion. MudraGyan Mudra , Gian Mudra , Giaan Mudra A common hand position used in exercise and meditation, is formed by touching the tip of the index finger to the tip of the thumb. These hand positions are used to seal the body's energy flow in a particular pattern. More generally it can refer to other locks, bandhas (see Mul Bandh), and meditation practices that seal the flow of energy by concentration. and put your hand exact sixty degree please. Arms like this. Spine straight. Now whisper. Stronger.

Whisper should be stronger. Cobra hiss. Cobra hiss will give you an experience of Divine kiss. Keep going. We are running out of the time. You got to complete. More, more and deeper and deeper.

Steady and steady. Come on, come on. It is only two more minutes to test your endurance. It is coming to a point when you can feel it. It is better than paying seven thousand dollars for rebirthing. Six hundred dollars to learn how to love. It's all everything in ten bucks. Come on now cash it. Deeper and deeper. Hiss and kiss the God.

One more minute and we will be through. Enjoy that minute. Challenge that minute, make best of the minute. One minute in life. The minute, make it the minute. The minute. I am just preparing (?) that big Tantric course, you have to go through. If you don't streamline yourself, you know what? Come on. Fifteen more seconds. Stretch out, stretch out. Firm.

Inhale deep. Inhale please, hold it in the heart and put your both hands and fold them at your heart center. Hold the breath and fold your hands one over the other at your heart center.

Let it go. Inhale deep. Right here, fold it right there. Hold the breath in deep. Concentrate on the crown of the head. Let it go.

Inhale again, deep. Hold it in the rib cage firmly the breath of life. Totally keep your eyes closed, let the breath go and meditate at the third eye.

Meditate at the throat center. Under your very hands in the heart center. At the navel center.

At the sensual center, creative center, second center. At the elimination center. Return to the spine and just start walking like a snake walk along with the spine to the top of the crown. Slowly move the spine with a curl. Slowly not much, only spine. Slowly very slowly bring that move to the top. Vibrate, vibrate, bring the vibration up from the tailbone to the top.

(Music tape stops)

The music and new tape was by Sardarani Sahiba Gur Raj Kaur from Vancouver, which you have heard. Please relax and stretch yourself. Cat stretch. I am not asking you how you feel, I am just asking you to do a cat stretch. I know how you feel. Don't sleep, this is not sleeping time. Aaha, very good.

Oh look, who has arrived from what that town? Oil town they call it? Hey, how are you doing? Red beard. Ha, doing well? Far-out. When you came? Ho, very good, very good. Oh, she is with you. Ha, ha. That makes it. That's nice good news. That made my day. See you sometime, okay. You are going to be in the town? Good. The town called Houston. Oh, with a cut out the hearts, right? Ha, ha, ha. You are doing good job, don't worry. Okay, how you feel? But it's not over yet. Okay, now what we have to do is to stimulate this whole thing in our being. Otherwise you do something, you create a food and put it before you and you don't eat it, it will not be there. Right you know what I mean? Benefit.

Okay, now close your eyes as it is and have a free dance. Just dance. Whatever you feel like. And put, he is going to put some music to it so that it can give (?). He start doing himself the same thing.

(Students laugh)

Just feel free and just move with hands and body very creatively. You will enjoy it if you just give yourself a chance.

I know, I know, my idea is to saw something.

(Students laugh)

It's wrong to express. Right idea can be wrong, who knows? I believe in miracles.

Come on, come on, just give yourself free dance.

(Music tape, 'Walking up the mountain...' is played)

YB (talks over tape): Dance, dance, now it's good chance.

Experience physical ecstasy. Sing, sing, dance.

Thank you.

(Music stops)

May the spring sprout the flower of life and fragrance reaches to the heights of the crowning of the life bestowed by the Infinity and light of God. In Thou, we may merge, in Thou we may live, and we urge Thou to be, to be with us in every walk, in every talk and every self, experience which we practice. On Thy colony where (?) send us to be. YB: Thank you very much. As the time and the Divine permits, we will meet. Go home and enjoy yourself. Thank you.

Oh, yeah, yeah, we forgot. Nirinjan, Nirinjan, Nirinjan.

Students sing: Happy birthday to you... Happy birthday to you,...

YB: I do not know what you want to give a gift to her or not. But I thought this was my best gift to share with you something which I relish and respect most in the spiritual science. You will not be the same as you came. The change will be tremendous and very precious. Please understand the Divine when touches, nothing matters before it.
