Siri Krishna Kaur Khalsa age six and GurbaniGurbani Word of the Guru, Refers particularly to the words from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Kaur Khalsa so you have double dose of cookies.

Okay, quote of the year, ready?

Students: Ready.

YB: A woman like a tea bag, you cannot tell how strong she is until you put her into hot water.

(Laughter).

Come on, do your job, read it. Hmm, hmm.

Student: Kid's letters to God.

Dear God,

In Sunday school they told us what you do. Who does it when you are on vacation? That's from Jane. Dear God, I think about you sometimes, even when I am not praying, (?). Dear God, did you really mean do unto others as they do unto you? Because if you did then I am going to fix my brother.

(Laughter).

YB: Well somebody is going to go to (?)

Student: Dear God, I didn't think orange one was purple until I saw the sunset you made on Tuesday. Dear God, I read the Bible, what does bigot mean, nobody will tell me.

(Laughter).

Dear God, are you really invisible or is that a trick? Dear God, is it true my father won't get in heaven if he uses his bowling words in the house? Dear God, did you mean for the giraffe to look like that or was it an accident? Dear God, instead of flooding people die and having to make new ones, why don't you just keep the ones you have now? Dear God, who drives the lions around countries?

(Laughter).

Dear God, the bad people laughed at Noah, you made an Ark on dry land, you fool, but he was smart, he stuck with you, that's what I would do. Dear God, I went to this wedding and they kissed right in church. Is that okay?

(Laughter).

Dear God, what does it mean you are jealous God, I thought you had everything. Dear God, thank you for the baby brother but what I prayed for was a puppy.

(Laughter).

Dear God, why is Sunday school on Sunday? I thought it was supposed to be the day of rest. Dear God, please send me a pony, I never asked for anything before, you can look it up. Dear God, if we come back as something please don't make me Jennifer Halton because I hate her.

(Laughter).

Dear God, my brother is a rat. You should give him a tail, ah, ah. Dear God, may be Cain and Abel would not (?) each other so much if they had their own rooms. It works with my brother.

(Laughter).

Dear God, I want to be just like my daddy when I get big but not with so much hair all over.

(Laughter).

Dear God, you don't have to worry about me, I always look both ways. Dear God, I bet it's very hard to you to love all us everybody in the whole world. There are only four people in our family and I can never do it. Dear God, of all the people who work for you are like Noah and David the best. Dear God, my brother told me about being born but it doesn't sound right, they are kidding, aren't they? Dear God, if you watch me in church Sunday, I'll show you my new shoes.

(Laughter).

Dear God, I would like to live nine hundred years like the guy in the Bible. Dear God, we read Thomas Edison made light but in Sunday school they said, you did it. Sorry but he stole your idea. Dear God, I do not think anybody could be a better God, well, I just want you to know, but I am not just saying that because you are God already.

Student: Thank you, June 3, 1998.

Thank you for bringing banaBana , Baana One's outward projection, often refers to a specified clothing that projects a consciousness. , baniBani Literally "Word", Refers to the Word of God contained in the Sikh Sacred Writings; Banis refers to Sikh daily prayers. , sevaSeva Selfless Service. the heart of the Aashram experience is serving each other. and SimranSimran A deep meditative process in which the naam of the Infinite is remembered and dwelled in without conscious effort. throughout the world and into our homes and thank you for providing the opportunity to experience the infinite this lifetime. YB: Well, there are some more to read but we'll do it later but I like this. Woman is like a tea bag, we are going to put on YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. tea.

(Laughter).

This quote we'll (?)

What we are trying to achieve is a very different story. Those who believe in physics will understand it, those who also understand their chemistry will know it. Nobody is impossible and there is nothing which is possible [impossible]. Impossible and possible are the limits and it depends upon your mental theme, mental being and mental thought. There's no such thing impossible, there's no such thing as possible. This is how your thought developed itself in the neuco-psyche of this shell is called body and the mind, the electro-magnetic energy and the sequence and consequence develops us when it themes out to towards outside projection and if it reaches the length of Infinity then you are, there is no impossible with you and when it reverses itself then there is nothing possible.

Question is not who you are, question is how deep your character is, question is whether you can be shaken or not, question is can you conquer the temptation, question is not you are great or not, question is, is there a great temptation, will your character stand the test. Human values and human virtues are that first there has to be a basic character and commitment on their, there are human values and on that human values lies the human virtues. Human virtues have effect, the glowing effect in the surrounding.

Once a man was put on a stake and they were going to burn him alive and somebody went and ask him, "You are dying but I know you are a good God given Christian and I know you are innocent but these are the days of the powerful people to kill powerless people in the name of religious right and wrong. I want to ask you, do you have any wish?"

He said, "Yes. Burn me fast. So I can be free from the fire of hell forever and I want to reach my father and I want to sit in the lap of Christ."

More than millions of people fought, got burned in the name of religion and fact is religion which cannot tolerate another human being is not a religion, it is absolutely impossible to believe how a man of spirit cannot see a spirit and wants to justify harm, injury and any other thing on this earth. So if you look at the humanity and look at past three thousand years more people have been killed in the name of religion than all world wars included small world war, included within country included, number is still more. Why? Because when you believe in something and somebody can use you through fanaticism and you will lose your own reality of rational life. Nobody is above you, nobody is under you. You are in the beginning, you are in the middle and you are in the end. My idea to give you with me the teaching is to add to your voltage so you can have a better experience. So when some day God's willing and His blessing and grace will be on me that I have to go Home, that day you have to spring up and you have to spring up even today to reach for people to help, it doesn't cost anything. It doesn't need election or blessing, it needs your spirit, it needs your commitment, it needs your thought.

Many of us though have destiny, but many of us are cowards. We are very afraid to trust God. We believe that if we trust God then we do not know where we are going, we don't want to know where we are going. One who has sent to earth planet will take care of our grace and save our face, if we leave it to Him, the Creator. The word, 'Ik ong kar' is the total philosophy on which we live, one Creator and creatures.

'Ik ong kaar satSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. When used as a greeting it means "I greet and salute that reality and truth which is your soul." It is called the Bij Mantra - the seed for all that comes. Naam , Nam The manifested identity of the essence. The word derives from Naa-ay-ma , which means "that which is not, now is born." A Naam gives identity, form, and expression to that which was only essence or subtle before. It is also referred to as the Word. .'

'Identity is true.'

'Kartaa purakh.'

'Doer does all doings.'

'Nirbhao nirvair.'

'Fearless and without vengeance.'

'AkaalAkaal Undying. moorat.'

'In personal image of himself.'

'Ajoonee sai bhang.'

'He is beyond birth and death as truth is.'

'Sai bhang.'

'By it's own grace.'

One line which is very important and (?) is,

'Gur prasaad.'

'With GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. 's blessing you can see that.'

And there is a baniBani Literally "Word", Refers to the Word of God contained in the Sikh Sacred Writings; Banis refers to Sikh daily prayers. which you must read in English, if you do not know Gurumukhi. It is called AnandAnand Bliss, ecstasy. Sahib, song of bliss. It can open you up to a reality which you've never been opened to.

You as human being, it's good to have money in the pocket, it is good to prepare for eventuality and calamity but remember if the word of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. is with you in your thought and subconscious you cannot lose. It is very funny that day, I got involved into an accident, accident would have been side, straight, head on. There was no way out, I was sitting there, looking at it and all of a DharmaDharma A path of righteous living. It is both an ideal of virtue and a path of action that is infused with clear awareness and comprised of actions that are the soul in total synchrony with the universe. It is action without reaction or karma. I saw him, I don't know what happened to him, he just turned himself this way and just get into the corner. The impact was not as bad as it should've been. Last minute it was a kind of a helping hand which turned the whole thing into a comedy than that of a tragedy. Similarly in your life you might find something unknown comes and takes over your all known faculties. Say it happens every time, you know how beautiful you will be.

Human has the capacity to workout its automation. It can be done by love of Infinity, it can be done by purity and piety of the finite, that is the self, it can also be done by sevas, free, regardless of things without reward, service. These are three mental attitudes and out of it one is the meditative form which is in the Raj yoga where you can be a prince and a YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. . YogiYogi One who has attained a state of yoga (union) where polarities are mastered and transcended. One who practices the disciplines of yoga and has attained self-mastery. is the one on whom pair of opposite does not affect. Good and bad, right and wrong, it's not, there's no judgement but now I'll ask you to go this very simple meditationMeditation Dhyan. It is a process of deep concentration or merger into an object or a state of consciousness. Meditation releases reactions and unconscious habits and build the spontaneous and intuitive link to awareness itself. and see how far you can excel in it.

You have to sit straight with your straight spine and you have to fix your, you know this mount of Mercury and you put these fingers on it and put this and put these like this and make a v in front of you and slowly close your eyes and one-ninth part of the closed eyes and one part you see. So it will little higher so that you would from the inner eyes, nine part closed, one-tenth you can see the v. You will inhale through the mouth twice and you will exhale through the nose twice. Double stroke. We are going to stimulate the pituitary.

You have two more minutes to use the breath and the strength.

Two-stroke inhale, two-stroke exhale, Jupiter connected.

Use full strength.

You have a minute and a quarter left.

One minute.

Inhale deep, hold the breath very tight and squeeze your body inwardly from fiber to fiber. Cannon fire, inhale deep again, with two Jupiter finger put a whole pressure of the body strength, hold it and press it to the opposite to bring out a balance and central nerve strength. Breathe out, breathe in, hold tight, take all the muscles around the spine column, pressure them one by one, vertebrae by vertebrae to the upper neck of C1, carry it tight. Relax.

(Students sing On this day...).

SIDE-B

(Song continues)

(Song ends).

May your blessings be yours and may your grace be yours. May your values come out to the understanding that priceless life which God bestowed on you to be human being has to work its way out to reach the highest empowerment of your own personality, reality, purity, piety, dignity and love which is the basic goal of us. May we understand at this time the shadow and fear of vengeance, competition and negativity is not the way of our life. May we understand from the point of compassion and understanding that we are here to spread the light of God. No candle which is not burning, no bulb which is not lit makes light. Let us walk on our path graciously, SatSat Existence; what is; the subtle essence of Infinity itself. Sat Naam , Sat Nam The essence or seed embodied in form; the identity of truth.
