Do you know actually it's GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. Ram DasGuru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. ' birthday today and do you know on Ram Das GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. 's birthday anybody who wishes anything, doesn't matter how neurotic and insane and sinful he is, is granted, are you aware of this tradition? I just want to let you know. Patience pays. When we use the word patience, to us patience is to tolerate, suffer the pain, those kind of things, is that true? That's what you normally feel, patience pays, but that's not what patience is. Patience is a projected mythology of advancement. If you are not in patience, you do not practice patience, you cannot methodically advance in life.

I am very surprised how you take the meaning of the words, patience pays mean your methodological advancements and production will give you best results, it does not mean, that if somebody is just bullying you and you keep on tolerating it and it is going to pay you. So make it very clear. Patience is the methodological advancement of one's own mental psyche. After all, what is it? The word is very simple, there is a psyche and each molecule of your psyche is alive and it is all around, all the people you know, all the people you want to deal with, it is a multifacet energy and God is everywhere and you know it is everywhere but when it is manifested from Gupt, Gupt means the unknown to the Chitre, Chitre means the known, when God is brought and manifested, when we sit here, when we sit here, and we talk about God, and we talk about love, when we talk about elevation, and we talk about, that is where we manifest God, God has to be manifested from unknown to known, whosoever shall do it, shall be exalted and it's the methodological projection of your personality. You go in a church, you sing it, you sing hymns to the praise of the Lord, I don't think Church is a special place or not, but it becomes special for the purposes that you exalt the Lord God.

I don't think Christ is a very special situation but when you take Christ and exalt yourself towards Infinity or you take GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. and exalt yourself towards Infinity, that's where you manifest. The only progressive attitude is the GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. NanakGuru Nanak First Guru of the Sikhs. gave NaadNaad The inner sound that is subtle and all-present. It is the direct expression of the Absolute. Meditated upon, it leads into a sound current that pulls the consciousness into expansion. hymns, it is not manmade hymns, that is the difference. Therefore path is shortcut and easy and convenient and it can just come to everybody. Common folks became Divine, that is the grace of Nanak, that is the blessing of GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. Guru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. Ram DasGuru Ram Das Fourth Guru of the Sikhs. , that is where the house of Nanak comes to play a very congenial relationship to a common person, for common reason, that all is the manifestation of God, all the manifestation of one light, so all can live in love and can be exalted and that's what patience pays, that's the dividend.

When you cannot be upset, you cannot be moved, when you can be total real, when you are not acting under guilt, you are acting under love. When you have nothing to think, no logic, no reason, nothing to justify, because you are not committing any sin, so long you are sinful or you are committing sin, you are miles away from God. Your manifestation is your reality and what you manifest is a reality, so if you create shallowness, then you are creating your shallowness, it is not somebody.

Lot of people in this world today are in pain, lot of people shall continue to be in pain. It's very surprising, I met a very beautiful man in Vancouver and he said to me, he said, "You are very blessed, I like to meet you for a long time, thank God you came."

I said, "I just, it was just an emergency route, I just took it, I just came."

He said, "Do you know it has taken me three years to pray that I should see you in Vancouver, because I couldn't go where you are and when I try to contact you they told me you are always going, moving," and he just, just raised a question to me.

I said, "Why you want to meet me? I am just much simple a man like anything else."

He said, "No," he said, "You know I am seventy eight, it took seventy eight painful years of life to learn, God is manifested and when I learnt you were speaking, I heard you speaking and that's what you said the opening sentence."

I said to people, "People those who love God must manifest God because love manifest what love stand for."

If you love God manifest God, if you love me, manifest me, if you love somebody else, manifest that somebody else, love is a manifestation by law, cannot be denied, because God is Infinity, therefore your language, your words, your method, your dealing, your believing, your projections, your patience, your tolerance, all becomes Infinity. Then from limited you become unlimited, God is such a virtue that His grace is not measurable by time and space. Though you are manifestation of time and space on a longitude and latitude and you have a horizon, with God there is no such thing.

Something which is everywhere, something which can be me, something which can be you, something which is us. You spend so much time and you care so much and you make your hairdo and you wear your clothes and then you know, I like what you all do, you create relationship, boyfriend, girlfriend, marriages, divorces, you know, all this is a part of relationship, separation, togetherness and but have you ever thought in your virtuous time, sometime that you have all the relationship based on ego and couldn't you base your relationship on the virtue of just, not ego and on your soul, have you ever tried to create a relationship with your soul, have you ever tried to befriend your soul, have you even understood that nearness of your soul with you, have you talked to your soul in imagination, think about it. That nearness of you and your soul is proportionate to you in manifestation of God. You have to remember this.

When you want to consult somebody, consult your soul, first, if not later, but do consult please, it will speak to you, it is a live organ of our this meat, bone and blood, as God is everywhere in every part of us there is a soul, every molecule, psyche is consistent of TattvasTattvas A category of cosmic existence; a stage of reality or being; a "thatness" of differentiated qualities. In total there are 36 tattvas. Each wave of differentiation has its own rules and structure. The final five tattvas are called the gross elements and have the phasic qualities and relationships of ether, air, fire, water, and earth. , time and space and Infinity of God, three, this is the trinity, it's joined together. Your beauty is bountiful, you are virtuous, but your projectivity has to be totally constant, consistence and you cannot do anything constant and consistently constant if you do not have patience. Patienceness is the stage of sobriety, you are Infinite tolerance like God, when you don't react and you are in a good shape. Do you understand that part of you?

When you get upset you get uptight, you get very jumpy, very horny, very depressed, very moody, you want to commit suicide, you want to live long, you want to yell and scream, you want to freeze, think of all that, what do you lose in all those affairs? Patience. If you tell yourself wait a minute, if you can talk to yourself, wait a minute, what is that you are talking to your own soul? Ask your own soul all these GurusGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. It can be a person, a teaching, or in its most subtle form - the Word. which you see, what they have over above time and space, isn't GuruGuru That which takes us from ignorance to knowledge; from darkness, gu, to light, ru. I am asking you, what was in them?

Ruthless, if in winter you go and travel from the place, you used to travel up to river you will freeze, in summer you will have blisters, twelve years in a row, now you have a great life, your spiritual teacher tell you, just keep, wear clean clothes, you say why? I mean, look at it. When he was giving Guruship twelve turbans, which were given, one turban a year was taken off his head and they said, "But why you kept these twelve turbans on your head?"

He said, "Lord Master, you said go and wear it, you never said remove the first one, wear the second one."

Absolute obedience and devotion is... The day you have the patience to be in obedience to absolute devotion, that is the day you are walking on the path of spirituality for the first time.

We have a very special class today, I have to share with you a very good MantraMantra Sounds or words that tune or control the mind. Man means mind. Tra-ng is the wave or movement of the mind. Mantra is a wave, a repetition of sound and rhythm that directs or controls the mind. When you recite a mantra you have impact through the meridian points in the mouth, through its meaning, through its pattern of energy, through its rhythm, and through its naad - energetic shape in time. Recited correctly a mantra will activate areas of the nervous system and brain and allow you to shift your state and the perceptual vision or energetic ability associated with it. , so I was thinking that we can talk all the time, but I want to be very, pay my personal homage and thanks and my gratitude to those twenty five people, who went on this Wednesday for a yoga class in the park. I think all of you who are here should make a priority, make a date with Wednesday, Wednesday we got to go to the rancho park and we have to have one good set of a good KundaliniKundalini Comes from the word "kundal"; coiled energy; the creative potential of an individual. Kundalini Yoga It is a Raaj Yoga that creates vitality in the body, balance in the mind, and openness to the spirit. It is used by the householder, busy in the world, to create immediate clarity. The fourth Guru in the Sikh tradition, Guru Ram Das, was acknowledged as the greatest Raaj Yogi. (See Raaj Yogi.) He opened this long secret tradition to all. yogaKundalini Yoga It is a Raaj Yoga that creates vitality in the body, balance in the mind, and openness to the spirit.
